The strength of a kehila comes from the connection among its members and our commitment to work towards important social values and goals. For example: the school sandwich project, volunteering for the Sunrise camps, welcoming new immigrants, education and many more wonderful possibilities in which each and every one can take part in his/her own way. We see it as our privilege to grow together as a long-time kehila, promoting the values of pluralism and equality for the sake of a better society for all.As we do every year, the events committee of the kehila together with the rabbi and the coordinator have prepared an annual program filled with activities including the holidays, lectures on different subjects, social events, and shared events with other organizations such as “Kivunim”, the city of Beer Sheva, Sunrise, Rabin High School, etc. It is our hope that this year also, you will continue to take part in much of what is going on in the congregation. Your payment of the annual membership fee is essential to the continuing existence of the kehila and in order for us to develop and carry out activities in the realms of tradition, education, helping the needy, welcoming new immigrants, and ‘tikun olam’ especially during these difficult days. Attached is the membership form for 2020-21. After you have filled out the form, please call the office at 08-64241424 and arrange to pay the membership fee using your credit card. (You may divide the fee into several payments as needed.) If you prefer to pay in cash or by check, you may come to the office Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 to 16:00, but please call first or send an email to make sure someone is available in the office.
