Our course on Drugs for Ovarian Stimulation & Pituitary Suppression was put together by Dr. Ariel Weissman, a Professor at Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine and the IVF unit at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Wolfson Medical Center, Israel. Dr. Weissman graduated from the Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical School in Jerusalem in 1988. In 1994 he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Kaplan Medical Center, Rehovot, where he spent another 2 years working as a senior physician at the IVF unit. Dr. Weissman then pursued a 2-year research and clinical fellowship studying transplantation of human ovarian tissue in immunodeficient mice with Professor Bob Casper at the Division of Reproductive Sciences, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada.
