The new school year has started, the High Holidays are upon us, and we at Athena Fund continue our efforts to empower school and kindergarten teachers throughout Israel.

Over the summer, our latest exciting initiative – the ImagineBox interactive classroom – has transformed from a dream into a reality. About 16 interactive classrooms already have been installed in schools and teacher training colleges across Israel, and we are now in the midst of a series of launch ceremonies.

Teachers at the schools with ImagineBox installations are now being trained to operate the classroom and create innovative, interactive and more significant learning experiences than ever before.

There's great excitement about ImagineBox among these teachers and school principals, and we too are excited to see the great change in the learning process that will benefit both teachers and students alike.

ImagineBox will enable students to experience innovative and deep learning that will help them develop 21st-century skills and prepare for life after graduation.

We are happy to report that other municipalities and teacher training colleges will join the program over the next few months.

In addition, we continue to distribute to teachers our Digital Toolbox, featuring a laptop computer and professional training. Soon we will hold launch ceremonies for Digital Toolbox programs in municipalities in central and southern Israel.
