Dear Friend of Athena,
With the new school year underway, we at Athena Fund have returned to our core activity of providing our "digital toolbox" to school and kindergarten teachers all across Israel.
As of the beginning of the month, 28,458 teachers from 173 municipalities have joined our "Digital Toolbox for Every Teacher in Israel" program.
Simultaneously, we are making progress with our "ImagineBox" program. This cutting-edge interactive classroom will allow effective learning in the technological world we live in. Given the enormous interest and excitement from municipalities and pedagogical teams, we are now hard at work in Israel and abroad recruiting donors and partners. We aim to launch the program in several municipalities later this year.
Guiding us in our day-to-day operations, our vision remains the same – to empower every teacher in Israel by providing each with a laptop or an iPad along with professional training. I believe that working together with our partners at the Teachers Union, Bank Massad and the Ministry of Education, as well as with donors and supporters like you, we will succeed in making this dream come true. Our mutual success will significantly advance the education system in Israel – for the sake of the future of our children and grandchildren.
